What documents do I need?
All applicants are required to submit the following documents:
- Confirmation of planning consent or if planning is not required evidence to support this
- Copy of the club's most recent bank statement(s). The bank must be a high street bank.
- Evidence of partnership funding
- Governing document (such as the club's constitution)
- Past three years’ audited accounts
- Security of tenure documents – these must be dated and signed copies.
- Technical information, such as designs, layouts or specifications
- Three quotes from our preferred supplier list

Step by step process for clubs making an application
- Supplier Quotes: Contact at least three preferred suppliers to visit your site and provide quotes based on our LED Floodlight Specification.
- Design & Compliance: Once a supplier is selected, they will create a design (including Technical Datasheet, drawings, plans, and NDT/structural tests for retrofits) that meets our specification and warranty standards.
- Planning Permission:
- If not required: Submit written confirmation from the Local Planning Authority with your application. The supplier can then complete the Compliance Declaration.
- If required: The chosen supplier must apply for planning permission on the club’s behalf, including all necessary documentation. Once approved, the Compliance Declaration can be signed. - Application Submission:
Submit the PLSF application, including the signed Compliance Declaration. All suppliers are aware this is a required part of the submission.
