Meet Our Board and Stadium Improvement Panel

The Premier League Stadium Fund, is a company with a board made up of three directors. They oversee the governance of the fund and ensure that all investment is spent wisely to transform matchday experiences throughout the Men's National League System and the Women’s Football Pyramid.

Our Board of Directors

Peter McCormick OBE - Chair

Chair of the Premier League’s Football Board and Legal Advisory Group, and Football Board as well as The Football Association Premier League Medical Care Scheme. A Solicitor by profession, currently a Senior Partner of McCormicks Solicitors of Harrogate.

Mark Bullingham - The FA

As CEO of The FA, he is responsible for the National Governing Body, 24 national teams, FA Cups and grassroots football. He joined The FA in 2016 as Chief Commercial and Football Development Officer and increased annual revenue by over £100m. Mark was previously CEO EMEA for Fuse Sports & Entertainment. 

Bill Bush CBE - Premier League

Senior Advisor at the Premier League, having previously been Executive Director and led areas including intellectual property, public policy, relations with government and the EU, relations with fans, communications and the community programme. Previously worked as a Senior Advisor to the Prime Minister and DCMS as well as was Head of Research for BBC News.
